About the Role

Houzz is looking for an Integrated Marketing Director - Houzz Pro Software - who can lead and execute global marketing campaigns to drive business growth for Houzz Pro. You’ll be the mastermind behind the Houzz Pro story—bringing it to life through campaigns that grab attention and get results, and ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all channels. You will partner closely with product marketing, product management, sales, field teams, and partners to create compelling narratives, integrated campaigns, and impactful content that resonate with (SMB), and mid-market construction and design firms. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and steady execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this is a fast-paced role which will give you a high degree of ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the integrated marketing communications strategy for Houzz Pro, ensuring alignment to business priorities and revenue goals.
• Lead and shift the industry narrative around technology in the construction and design sector and the power of AI and technology to help businesses in our industry simplify operations and scale successfully.
• Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, usage and brand love across paid, owned, and earned channels, collaborating with paid marketing, lifecycle marketing and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Oversee creative development and content strategy, including launches, hero campaigns, and thought leadership
• Drive alignment across marketing and sales
• Use data and analytics to measure marketing and campaign performance, optimize in real time, and inform future planning.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

This role has an annual starting salary range of $185,000 - $215,000 . In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Houzz. Also, depending on the role, you could be eligible for an equity award. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and specific work location.
