We’re looking for a Night Shift Quality Technician to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to play a key role in maintaining our high product standards, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow all Safety Guidelines & Procedures (i.e., LOTO, Guarding)
• Perform physical testing of raw materials, production, development trials, and composites
• Perform hourly production line inspections and record results
• Prepare Master Control Samples
• Assist with Certificate of Conformance reports and PPAP testing
• Inspect and recommend disposition of nonconforming or suspect material
• Work closely with line personnel to ensure quality standards are understood throughout the production process
• Provide administrative support for the Quality Department
• Follow and interpret policies and procedures
• Work with customer service and other departments as needed
• Ensure calibrations are up to date
• Follow up on corrective actions or action plans
• Document and review data control
• Actively participate in the 6S process and maintain housekeeping during the shift
• Assist production personnel with tasks supporting the production line
• Perform other duties as assigned
