Responsibilities & Expectations :

The Price, UT IPS service center is searching for an electric motor technician in our DC (Direct Current) shop. The responsibilities of this position include :

• Assemble and disassemble generators and motors
• Ability to understand DC electric theory and repair related equipment
• Mechanical skills
• Operates cranes and forklifts
• Parts, cleaning, painting, and preparation
• Use of basic hand and power tools
• Experience with precision measuring tools is desired
• High attention to detail, cleanliness and organization
• Experience with records management and documentation procedures
• Operate industrial bake and burn-off ovens
