Software Engineer (Hybrid Work Model)

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join one of our dynamic IT teams, focusing on Digital, Life and Annuities, Customer Communication, or Commercial Lines technology solutions. Our ideal candidate will have experience with modern web and enterprise technologies, cloud services, and microservices architectures. This role offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives across our insurance business lines.

This position can be filled as a Software Developer or a Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Contribute : You'll work in a full-stack, cloud-first, development environment where you'll have the chance to work in many industry-leading technologies, including Microsoft C#, .NET, Java and Spring Boot Framework, Swift and Kotlin, Vue, React, Typescript, Javascript, SQL, Elastic, and Snowflake and Dynamics CRM. As a Software Engineer, you will :

Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions.

Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions.

Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings.

What it Takes :

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience. Bachelor Degree preferred.

Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts.

Basic problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

2 or more years of related work experience preferred.
