A company is looking for a Revenue Growth Management Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop targeted RGM strategies across pricing, mix, promotions, and trade terms
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans and customer engagement strategies
Build and implement frameworks and tools for performance tracking across commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance, preferably in CPG
Experience in developing and managing complex financial models
Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats
Knowledge of RGM principles, including pricing and promotional effectiveness
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in Sales, BI, Marketing, and Finance
