The Collegiate School seeks a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced After School Program Coordinator and Middle School Assistant to serve within its Lower School. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program administration within a school care setting with an ability to organize and plan effective programming. General Summary :
Under the general direction of the Head of Middle School and Head of Lower School, the After School Program Coordinator & Middle School Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily supervision, safety, and enrichment of students during Middle School lunch, recess, and Open Street activities, while also directing the After School Program.
This role includes both student-facing responsibilities (direct supervision, engagement, and support) and program management responsibilities (recruiting and supervising after-school staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining program operations). The Associate works closely with school leadership, Human Resources, and the Business Office to ensure programs are well-run, inclusive, and aligned with the school's priorities.

Salary Range $55,000 - $70,000
