• 3 days / week (Mon, Fri, Sat) Full-time : Week 1 (Mon–Thurs), Week 2 (Tues–Sat) Saturdays : half days (8am–2pm) 4-day weekends every other week (full-time) Opportunity for additional days 📋 What You’ll Do Provide thorough cleanings, exams, and preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control & post-op instructions Maintain accurate records & charting in Open Dental Ensure instruments are sharpened, sterilized, and compliant with OSHA / HIPAA standards Contribute to a welcoming, positive patient experience Support the team with related responsibilities as needed 🌟 Who You Are Licensed RDH in Texas (required) 2+ years experience preferred Detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate Strong communicator & team player Flexible, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement ✨ This isn’t just a hygiene role, it’s your chance to grow in a culture that values people, innovation, and high-quality care.
