Job Title : General Dentist

Locations : The Woodlands, TX and Pinehurst, TX

Job Type : Part-time or Full-time

Schedule : 3 to 4.5 days per week (flexible)

Compensation : Daily guarantee plus percentage of collections

Employment Type : W-2 or 1099 available

About the Opportunity :

Happy Sapiens Dental is hiring a General Dentist to join our thriving two-location private practice in The Woodlands and Pinehurst, TX. This is a great opportunity for dentists seeking clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and strong mentorship in advanced procedures.

We welcome both experienced dentists and new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a non-corporate setting.

Locations & Schedule :

  • Initial schedule :

Monday & Tuesday in The Woodlands, TX (77380)

  • Wednesday in Pinehurst, TX (77362)
  • Option to add more days for a 4 to 4.5-day work week
  • Practice hours :

    • Monday–Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM (optional)

    • You’ll initially work alongside another dentist before transitioning to solo days. Schedules are customized based on your clinical comfort and interests.

    • Clinical Scope & Support :

    Our office serves a wide variety of patients, including PPO, FFS, Medicaid, and Medicare (no DHMO).

    We provide mentorship in :

  • Implant placement
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation
  • CBCT interpretation and planning
  • Endodontics
  • Surgical extractions and wisdom teeth
  • Dentures and prosthetics

    • Dentists enjoy full clinical autonomy with no production pressure or micromanagement.

    Requirements :

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (we do not offer sponsorships at this time)
  • New graduates welcome and supported
