Senior Manager, Direct-To-Fan (Latin America)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Manager, Direct-To-Fan to join Warner Music Group's Global Marketing team. The Senior Manager, Direct-To-Fan (Latin America) will lead Warner Music Group's strategy for connecting artists and fans across the region, embedding modern fan engagement into campaigns and artist development.
Here you'll get to :
- Partner with the SVP, Global D2F Services and VP, CRM to shape and execute the global D2F strategy, aligning global priorities with local execution across Latin America
- Advocate for a fan-first approach, embedding D2F into campaign planning and artist narratives throughout the region
- Champion innovation by driving new platforms, tools and community models across Latin America
- Shape how fans in Latin America discover, sign up and stay engaged, making sure they have compelling reasons to join and keep coming back
- Partner with Audience and CRM teams to move casual listeners into active superfans by using first-party data, direct comms and community engagement
- Define and share best practices on how labels can cultivate fandom beyond social algorithms, including direct communication channels and fan monetization
- Build strong partnerships with Warner Music's Latin American label teams, ensuring D2F insights and practices are embedded into campaign planning
- Partner with global D2F leads to put fandom at the heart of campaigns across regions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to regional marketers and artist managers, enabling them to leverage D2F platforms and data effectively
- Define KPIs and success metrics for D2F adoption in Latin America, with a focus on fan growth, engagement and lifetime value
- Leverage analytics to evaluate performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact
- Continuously assess emerging trends in fandom, consumer behavior and digital culture in Latin America, ensuring Warner stays ahead of the curve
About you :
7+ years' experience in direct-to-fan or digital marketing roles with regional or multi-market scope, ideally in Latin AmericaFluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plusProven ability to drive strategy and adoption of new platforms and practices across diverse teams and marketsDeep understanding of fan behavior, community building and data-driven marketingStrong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partnersFamiliarity with CRM, e-commerce and community platforms within music or creative industriesExcellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate global strategy into local executionA modern D2F strategist who thrives at the intersection of culture, technology and fandomCurious and forward-thinking, always exploring new ways to connect artists and fansData-informed but fan-first and able to balance insight with creativity, innovation and community buildingCollaborative and influential, with the ability to embed new practices across diverse teamsPassionate about music and fan engagement, with a strong belief in the power of fandom to build long-term artist careersWe'd love it if you also had :
