We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop CNC programs using CAD / CAM software, set up and operate CNC machinery, and ensure high-precision machining operations. You’ll work closely with engineers to turn complex designs into high-quality finished parts that meet exacting standards.What You’ll Do
Determine appropriate fixturing, tooling, and resources for fabrication.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to review specifications and suggest design improvements.
Create accurate CNC programs using CAM software.
Adjust machine parameters (speed, tooling, cutting techniques) for precision and accuracy.
Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve errors.
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
Maintain CNC tooling and fixturing libraries in the Product Data Management (PDM) system.
Ensure proper revision control of CNC programs and maintain preventive maintenance databases.
Support additional departmental goals as needed.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years CNC experience with solid tooling knowledge.
Knowledge of HAAS 3-axis CNC machines and Mastercam CAM programming preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar) a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Skilled at troubleshooting mechanical or programming issues.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to quality, safety, and ESD protocols.
Physically capable of standing for long periods, performing tasks involving reaching, lifting (25–50 lbs preferred), and bending.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
