Trillium Construction is now hiring a Project Manager in Manhattan, KS.

Our client is a heavy civil contractor in Manhattan, KS specializing in Water Waste Treatment projects across the Midwest. They are now hiring for a Project Manager to work in office full time.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $125k plus benefits like M / V / D, PTO, bonuses, profit sharing, company vehicle, and paid holidays! Relocation assistance up to $10k is also available!

Duties :

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of water / wastewater treatment projects, from design and permitting to construction and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Complete RFI's, Change Orders, Daily logs / submittals
• Oversee the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover of the project to operations.
