Overnight Caregiver (Resident Assistant) – PT / FT

Job Title :

• Caregiver / Resident Assistant – Overnight (NOC Shift, PT / FT) Pay :  $17.00–$24.00 / hour (based on experience and qualifications) Shifts :  10p–6a (every other weekend required) About the role English Rose caregivers provide overnight care in  small residential care homes  in Edina and Minnetonka.

With a 1 :

Responsibilities Provide overnight care and monitor resident well-being Assist with evening and morning routines Light housekeeping and preparing for the day ahead Document care notes clearly and accurately Team support If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1 :

Qualifications HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred Dementia care experience preferred (training provided) Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts Preferred :
