Job Description

Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates. Conduct site visits and oversee quality control. Manage documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
