Quality Compliance Manager

Description : Th e Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, reviewing, and recommending policies and practices, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role ensures that SnackCraft practices are being followed, and we stay compliant with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in food science, Biology, Microbiology, or similar degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in development, maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of food safety systems
• Internal Auditor Certified (GFSI Scope)
• PCQI Certified
• HACCP Certified
• K nowledge of BRCGS audit schemes
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance systems.
• Comprehensive practices, procedures and techniques involved in food manufacturing
• Comprehensive proper food analysis lab testing techniques and procedures
• Uses proper lifting techniques
• Comprehensive in general mathematic calculations
• Comprehensive record-keeping procedures
• Strong computer and Microsoft office abilities
• Knowledge of SharePoint systems
• Effective communication in English language

Work Hours :

Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role utilizes standard office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines) and requires some work to be completed on the factory floor.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, including FDA, USDA, and local health department requirements.

Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Lead scheduling and tracking of training related to food safety and quality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
