Position Summary
The Quality Engineer – Customer Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for resolving customer quality concerns. This role champions the resolution of external issues, supports the resolution of internal issues, and proactively drives manufacturing quality performance. Key activities include problem-solving, corrective and preventive actions, training, auditing, and participating in quality planning to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Primary Areas of Responsibility
Champion the Resolution of External Quality Concerns : 60%
Resolve Internal Quality Concerns : 25%
Proactively Drive Manufacturing Quality Performance : 15%
