Hourly Rate : $50 / hour | Potential Full-Time Annual Salary : $104,500
Schedule : Initially part-time (2 3 days per week for a few hours per day); will grow to full-time as the program expands.
OT Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and forward-thinking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our integrated therapy and life skills school in Buford, GA.
We're building and expanding our Speech Therapy program - and we're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and take ownership of this area as we scale. This is an exciting potential equity opportunity with the chance to become a key part of our long-term growth across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for children with ASD and developmental challenges.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication, receptive and expressive language, and social communication.
Provide engaging, play-based, and natural-environment therapy sessions (individual and group).
Implement and manage AAC systems (e.g., PECS, speech-generating devices) for nonverbal or minimally verbal clients.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and educators to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach.
Coach and train parents and caregivers to reinforce communication strategies at home and in the community.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Uphold professional standards, confidentiality (HIPAA), and ethical practices.
What We're Looking For
Education : Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
Certification : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Licensure : Current and valid Georgia SLP license.
Experience : At least 2 years working with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disorders.
Skills : Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; passion for continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
Assessment Experience (Preferred)
Experience using standardized and informal tools such as :
Language : PLS-5, CELF-5, REEL-4, PPVT-5, MLU analysis.
Speech Sound : GFTA-3, CAAP-2, AAPS-4.
Social / Pragmatic : SCQ, CCC-2, ADOS-2.
Fluency : TOCS, SSI-4, BAB.
Other : Oral motor exams, dynamic and criterion-referenced assessments.
