Beverage Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment.Proven leadership skills with a polished presentation.Strong understanding of inventory controls, ordering, and program management.Experience managing a high-end wine list and beverage program.Beverage Manager Preferred Background & Skills
