Accounts Payable Supervisor – Riviera Beach, FL

Full-Time | Onsite | $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits

I’m currently partnered with an established client in Riviera Beach that is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organization with a strong presence in international operations and a collaborative, professional culture.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the daily A / P functions across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise the Accounts Payable functions across all company entities.

Review, coordinate, and document accounting procedures and controls to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Maximize utilization of available discounts and maintain up-to-date records of all payables.

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of expense reporting and A / P information.

Support budgetary and financial functions within the department.

Supervise and mentor non-exempt accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline A / P operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a computerized environment.

Strong understanding of accounting systems, controls, and A / P processes.

Proven supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and passport required (some travel to company locations).

Willingness to travel approximately 5% locally and 5% internationally for training or company events.
