About the Role :

The Mohs Technician plays a crucial role in the health care services industry by assisting dermatologists in the Mohs micrographic surgery process, which is a specialized technique for treating skin cancer. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as the technician will prepare and process tissue samples for examination. The ultimate goal is to ensure that all cancerous cells are removed while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible, leading to optimal patient outcomes. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols to protect both patients and staff. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Mohs technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS).
