Role : Associate Social Worker (ASW) Residential Mental Health

Location : Fallbrook, CA (in person)

Type : Full-time / Part-time

Pay : $70,000$85,000 DOE

About RYSE Wellness

We pair trauma informed care with FDA approved neuroscience (qEEG informed insights and TMS partnership) in an intimate luxurious six-bed home designed for calm, dignified healing.

Role Summary

As our ASW, youll provide individual and group therapy, collaborate with LVNs and BHTs, and support adults with mental health and potentially co-occurring needs. Youll receive supervision from the notable, Dr. Estera Borcsa, and clear pathways toward licensure.

What Youll Do, But Not Limited to....

  • Complete intakes, diagnostic impressions, and person-centered treatment plans
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy in a residential milieu
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
  • Document timely, compliant notes in our EMR (HIPAA-aligned)
  • Coordinate care and aftercare with a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in supervision, case reviews, and ongoing training

What Youll Bring

  • Masters in Social Work / Counseling / Psychology (or related)
  • CA BBS-registered ASW ; license-eligible (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC)
  • Residential / dual-diagnosis experience preferred
  • Current CPR / First Aid; TB clearance & health screen
  • Steady, compassionate presence; strong boundaries; team mindset
