Pay : $70,000–$85,000 DOE

Role Summary

As our ASW, you’ll provide individual and group therapy, collaborate with LVNs and BHTs, and support adults with mental health and potentially co-occurring needs. You’ll receive supervision from the notable, Dr. Estera Borcsa, and clear pathways toward licensure.

What You’ll Do, But Not Limited to....

• Complete intakes, diagnostic impressions, and person-centered treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy in a residential milieu
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
• Document timely, compliant notes in our EMR (HIPAA-aligned)
• Coordinate care and aftercare with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in supervision, case reviews, and ongoing training
