This role provides the opportunity to either work remotely in the U.S. or out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.

About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented team player to join our Planning Team as our Assistant Planner, reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Planning. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Retail Buying or Planning experience. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast growing company that prioritizes community.

Please Note : This role has an initial assignment of approximately 4 months and the potential for this assignment to become extended will be determined by business need.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Running weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling reports
• Supporting Planners in ad-hoc reporting, projects, and day-to-day functions during peak season
• Managing on hand inventory to ensure available product is on site
• Building packs for the site to support demand where there are areas of opportunity
• Track and communicate inbound PO timing cross functionally

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00 and $28.00 / hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need. The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
