Chief of Staff
As the founding Chief of Staff at Bold Charter School, you will be part of a mission-driven and outcomes-oriented organization focused on building world-class schools. You will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to implement the organization's strategic priorities. You will join a collaborative team of professionals who are relentless in their pursuit of educational excellence.
To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of aligned leadership experience. A JD, MBA or graduate degree in a related field and experience in a K-12 setting are preferred. Ideal candidates will have a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, a foundational belief that every child deserves a world-class education, and a commitment to learning and internalizing Bold's model, vision, and values as they support the organization's strategic growth.
Key Priorities
- Work closely with leadership to implement strategic priorities, ensuring that Bold's strategic vision is executed at a high level
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve critical outcomes at both the school and organizational level
- Design and implement scalable systems that support the organization as it grows and expands its impact
- Manage charter development, annual compliance, and state reporting with school authorizer(s)
- Manage development of school policies and compliance, working closely with leadership team and legal counsel
- Support preparation, presentation development, and communications for board and other meetings
- Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel

The start date for this position is flexible, with opportunities for remote / hybrid work. Compensation The starting salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
