There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Job Description
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team at Microsoft is seeking a Creative Director to elevate our creative and strategic thinking across our portfolio of brands.The Creative Director will be responsible for ideating, leading and evolving Microsoft's digital creative experiences with a focus on breakthrough storytelling, tied to a red thread into strategic insights.The Creative Director is responsible for being the thought leader of modern, digital-first storytelling, and interpreting those into creative marketing. This role will focus on establishing the underlying creative idea for these moments, and partner with cross-functional creative and channel leads, as well as external creative agencies, to bring it to life.This role supports Microsoft Copilot (AI companion), Surface devices, M365 Copilot, Windows, Edge and Bing, across launch moments and marketing beats across our Owned & Operated channels.
