  • Location : Mountain View, CA (hybrid, in office 2x a week)
  • Uniphore is looking for a strategic and hands-on creative leader to manage and help execute the global Creative Services program within Marketing. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this individual will lead our in-house design team and manage a flexible bench of external contractors, as well as support needs with hands-on design. This role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, product, sales, and events teams to drive creative consistency and excellence across all channels.
  • Job Responsibilities :
  • Evolve the creative direction for Uniphore’s brand identity across all properties.Hands-on player-coach responsibilities to support design needs
  • Requirements and Qualifications :
  • 7+ years of experience in creative services, agency management, or brand design—preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.Profound expertise in the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional abilities in graphic, web, and multimedia.Proven experience managing creative teams and external vendors.Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.Experience in AI, or data-driven technology sectors.Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.Experience developing and scaling brand systems across global organizations.
