The Chronos Advanced Scheduling Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering expert guidance and support in the configuration, deployment, and optimization of UKG (formerly Kronos) Advanced Scheduling solutions . This role focuses on aligning workforce scheduling capabilities with business requirements across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and public services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze scheduling requirements.
• Configure Advanced Scheduling modules including shift patterns, labor rules, and staffing matrices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance support
