Job Description
We are seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors working on the Owner's electric transmission system. The role involves ensuring contract compliance, safety standards, and adherence to design specifications. Projects range from substation upgrades to new substation construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contractor compliance with contracts and safety standards.
- Oversee various construction projects, including upgrades and new builds.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting project success, such as design or material challenges.
- Maintain and support project schedules.
- Coordinate field activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Manage both office and field duties based on project needs.
