Now Hiring : MIG & MIG Pulse Welders – Custom Concrete Pump Trucks (White Bear Lake, MN)

Job Type : Contract-to-Hire |Shift : 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs 5 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM, Fri 5 : 30 AM–3 : 00 PM)

Hours : 49 hrs / week (Double Time after 48 Hours!)

We’re looking for skilled MIG & MIG Pulse Welders who want to work on high-performance, custom-built equipment in a precision-driven, safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform MIG and MIG Pulse welding on custom concrete pump truck frames and components
• Weld plates, frames, and structural parts to meet engineering and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Ensureaccuracy, durability, and compliance with safety protocols

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
