Texas Risk Partners Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing expert advice on coverage options.
• Process new business applications and submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with producers and carriers to secure the best possible coverage and pricing for clients.
• Review and analyze policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, summaries of insurance, and other client-facing documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and data in the agency management system.
• Assist with claims reporting and follow-up, acting as a liaison between the client and the carrier.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines.
