Objective : Restaurant General Manager oversees the overall operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth daily functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, controlling inventory and costs, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager also drives marketing efforts, resolves customer complaints, and collaborates with suppliers, ensuring a positive dining experience while maximizing profitability.

Training :

Our managers complete a 6-week training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational training program, giving you experience working with our first-class culinary and service professionals. The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!
