Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of on-site project execution. You will be responsible for maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and upholding the highest safety standards. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading daily on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
• Identifying and resolving any on-site issues promptly to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
