Hawaii Licensed Workers Compensation Trainee

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) for their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing

Handle new workers' compensation claims under supervision, gradually increasing claim ownership

Analyze medical documentation and regulatory guidelines to develop claims strategy and communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)

Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
