Schedule : Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans.
- Foster children’s educational, emotional, and social development through a structured curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, helping build self-esteem and social skills.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support each child’s development.
- Stay up to date and in compliance with state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : At least 6 months in a licensed childcare facility (1 year preferred).Skills :Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Effective classroom management and communication skills.A team player who’s dependable, flexible, and passionate about children.Certifications :Willing to obtain Pediatric First Aid & CPR (preferred if already certified).
