The Senior Payment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process for payments made to third-party service providers on behalf of our customers. This role ensures timely and accurate payments, resolves payment discrepancies, and maintains strong relationships with brokers and third-party service providers. The Senior Payment Specialist will work closely with various departments to support financial operations and improve payment processes.

Description

The Senior Payment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process for payments made to third-party service providers on behalf of our customers. This role ensures timely and accurate payments, resolves payment discrepancies, and maintains strong relationships with brokers and third-party service providers. The Senior Payment Specialist will work closely with various departments to support financial operations and improve payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare self-bill payments, including determining amount of payment.
• Process and verify third-party service provider invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to broker and third-party service providers.
• Reconcile service provider receivables aging statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and update payee records in NetSuite.
• Communicate with brokers and third-party service providers regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Collaborate with billing team members to ensure timely updates and modifications are accurately reflected in invoices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the department and organization.

Qualifications

What We Offer

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $65,000-$86,000
