Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1 Environmental Services / Custodial for Whitesburg ARH Hospital located in Whitesburg, KY. The hospital is part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare, which is a not-for-profit health system operating 14 hospitals. ARH is the largest provider of care, the single largest employer in southeastern Kentucky, and the third-largest private employer in southern West Virginia. This position will report to the Client Executive 1 with a team of 17 frontline housekeepers.

What You'll Do

• Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
