Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

An employer is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to sit remotely. This role will have tangible impact on an organization of more than 7200 team members (and growing), supporting an aggressive hiring ramp across a diverse global team and developing best practices that streamline their hiring. This person will partner closely with hiring managers, business administrators, recruiting, and the business operations team both in the US and India, to coordinate end to end hiring logistics. This person will work on the following :

Primary Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
• POC for net-new and backfill request / approval process.
• Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters / hiring managers / admins to create requisitions.
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
• Partner with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
• Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
• Answering, and solving for, hiring manager / candidate / recruiter questions.
