A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruiting efforts in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule a high volume of interviews and manage candidate travel arrangements
Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process
Facilitate onboarding tasks and manage job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role
Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple calendars under tight deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS / ATS systems preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently
