COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- TITLE INSURANCE / COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nations premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with law firm experience to join their Boston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the Boston real estate market .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
- Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
- Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships
- Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
- Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations
- Maintain strong visibility in the Boston commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions
