Position Overview

We’re looking for a Paralegal who wants more than just document prep — someone who thrives in the details, stays three steps ahead, and wants to be part of a team that actually values their skill and hustle. You’ll work closely with attorneys on both civil and criminal matters, from case intake through trial, and have a hand in every phase of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proof, and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in state and federal courts.
• Manage case files, organize exhibits, and track critical deadlines.
• Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
• Prepare trial binders, witness lists, subpoenas, and other litigation materials.
• Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate client meetings, hearings, and depositions.
• Support attorneys in courtroom preparation and day-to-day case management.
