Our company is seeking a motivated Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team. The purpose of this role is to achieve high quality content published on client platforms while reducing time spent on QA and simplifying processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor content tickets to ensure efficient resolution and implementation and action content related ticket items.
- Check content items before publishing / 'in for client review' to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Liaise with Specialists, Content Administrators, and clients to continuously improve processes and content quality.
- Maintain and implement platform hygiene requirements to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Understand CMS and Config systems to ensure content is loaded in the most optimal way to deliver quality content.
- Analyze and report on content ratings to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
Tertiary education is advantageous.Previous experience in quality assurance.Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client sites.Able to adapt to sudden changes.Understanding of CMS and Config systems.High attention to detail.What We Offer
