Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Drain Technician to join our plumbing team. This role focuses on running residential drain calls — diagnosing, clearing, and repairing drain issues while providing an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills who takes pride in helping homeowners find the best long-term solutions for their drain and sewer needs. You’ll also work closely with our Sewer Sales Team by identifying larger repair or replacement opportunities and turning those leads over for follow-up.

What You’ll Do :

Run residential drain service calls efficiently and professionally.

Diagnose and clear drain blockages using proper tools and equipment (cable machines, jetters, cameras, etc.).

Communicate clearly with customers about the issue and recommended next steps.

Identify and document opportunities for larger sewer repairs / replacements and hand off to the Sewer Sales Team.

Maintain a clean, organized truck and inventory.

Ensure all work is performed safely and up to code.

Deliver a great customer experience on every call.

What You Bring :

2+ years of residential drain cleaning or plumbing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of drain systems, equipment, and camera inspections.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A team-player attitude with a focus on quality and professionalism.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
