Job Description :

We are seeking a Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages and food order to guest tables according to Forbes Standards. This role will include collecting payments and also assisting in the daily cleanliness of the restaurant area. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

This position is a PM position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position(s) available.

The role is designated for our restaurant, Angle.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Fine Dining Restaurant Server.
  • Food handling certificate and alcohol course completion.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Must possess advance food & beverage knowledge.

    • Essential Skills :

  • Ability to understand guests' service needs.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages and wines.
  • Ability to access and input information into Micros system.
  • Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
  • Ability to exert physical effort in transporting food and beverage to guests.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
