As a Principal Visual Designer at Bumble, you operate at the highest level of craft leadership, setting the visual direction for conversational and agentic experiences across our products. This role is about translating complex AI-driven interactions into warm, human, and trustworthy experiences that align with Bumble's values of Respect, Excellence, Curiosity, Courage, and Joy.

You are not only accountable for delivering best-in-class design work yourself but also for raising the bar of visual design craft org-wide . You influence strategy, shape systems, and ensure that Bumble's approach to conversational and agentic product experiences is distinctive, scalable, and culturally resonant.

$240,000 - $257,000 a year

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
