About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and execute our paid media, email marketing, SEO, and organic social strategy. You'll run the channels that fuel our pipeline and be the go to person for performance insights, optimizations, and testing. You'll collaborate closely with content, events, and product marketing to make sure campaigns launch on time, land with impact, and deliver results.

Location : Hybrid to our office in Lincoln, Nebraska.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Bing, LinkedIn)
• Own all social channels (LinkedIn + YouTube) and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Build and send promotional and nurture emails in HubSpot (excluding event emails)
• Manage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint (non-content)
• Track, report, and optimize for CPL, MQLs, and overall channel performance
