Certified Behavior Analyst and / or Behavior Consultant

The Counseling Connection, a leader in mental health support services in West Virginia, is seeking a skilled Certified Behavior Analyst and / or Behavior Consultant to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide high-quality counseling, mental health support, and crisis intervention aimed at enhancing community well-being. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our healthcare team to assess patient needs and deliver effective behavioral intervention plans. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient-specific needs. Implement behavior intervention strategies aligned with best practices and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and integrate behavioral strategies with other treatments. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to intervention strategies as necessary. Provide training and guidance to caregivers and family members on behavioral techniques. Maintain detailed and confidential patient records. Participate in continuous education to ensure up-to-date practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong understanding of ethical considerations in behavioral health care.
