Your Role & Responsibilities
Get Out in the Community – Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals .Drive Business Growth – Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and trade shows .Create a Winning Sales Strategy – Plan and schedule follow-ups to nurture and maintain long-term partnerships .Host & Attend Events – Help organize marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.Support the Customer Experience – Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow-through .Track Your Success – Log interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.Who We’re Looking For
