This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As part of a hardworking, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will participate in the development of space launch vehicles. As an administrative assistant for New Glenn, you will have the following key responsibilities :

  • Department administration for the NG launch system architecture and NG SEIT teams located in ClarkePoint East 5th floor and Clarkepoint West 2nd floor in Kent, WA
  • Leadership and team support - Work closely and effectively with LSA and SEIT leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Exercise good judgment while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • Calendar - Manage an active calendar of meetings, reviews and appointments. Plan, coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
  • Travel - Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Team meetings and events - plan and execute all hands meetings, team events, holiday parties
  • Personnel - Using strong interpersonal skills, build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving - Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Work collaboratively with admin peers, be a resource and a team player.
  • Candidates must uphold the highest level of integrity and business professionalism.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Emotional maturity; positive, low-stress behavior, in words and actions
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Compensation Range for :

    WA applicants is $32.86-$46.01
