Recruiter
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our client's internal talent acquisition team on a contract basis. You'll support a variety of technical and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to help scale their hiring efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles across engineering, tech sales, and HR positions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through consistent and professional communication.
- Track and report recruitment activity to drive process improvements.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.Experience recruiting for technical sales or engineering roles strongly preferred.Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree accepted.Experience using an ATSFamiliarity with hiring in both U.S. and Canadian markets is a plus.Additional Details :
