Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Your positive attitude and customer service skills will help close sales and secure customers for life.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the dealership sales process.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales targets according to dealership standards.
• Stay updated on products, market trends, and certifications.
• Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Education and Experience

Previous sales experience, education, and training are advantageous.
