Position Title : Surveillance Operator

Position Summary : The Surveillance Operator is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions : The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are :

• Through physical and video surveillance, observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money-handling areas
• Report verbally and in writing any violations of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations to the Surveillance Supervisor
• Report violations of criminal investigation requirements to the Surveillance Supervisor
• Reports violations of internal control, company policies, and other department procedures to the Surveillance Supervisor
• Report any safety considerations to the appropriate authority
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule : The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary : Salary : $14.85 / per hour
